Whether you are arranging care for yourself, for a parent or for a partner, the first step is simply a conversation. Our team will listen to your situation, answer your questions honestly and, if it feels right, arrange a free meeting in the home. There is no obligation attached to asking. You can message us with the form, email guide@wadcare.mom or call +19708043312 and we will come back within one working day.

Common questions before you arrange a visit

How quickly can care start once I make contact?

For most families we carry out a free home meeting within a few days of first contact. After that, the care plan is written, your named carer is introduced, and visits can often begin within one to two weeks. Where the need is urgent, we will tell you honestly what we can offer and help point you toward the right support without delay.

Will the same person come every time?

Yes, and this is the heart of the WadCare approach. We match a named carer to your household and keep that person on your weekly rota wherever possible. If your carer is away, we arrange cover in advance and introduce you to whoever is coming, rather than leaving a stranger to turn up without warning.

Do you work with local authority funded care packages?

We do. WadCare supports both privately arranged care and plans funded or partly funded through Northamptonshire adult social care. We will talk you through how your funding works, what the assessed level of support covers, and advise clearly on the difference between funded and privately paid care so there are no surprises in the numbers.
